Product overview:
Cross flow evaporative condenser includes water spray device, S-type condenser coil, PVC heat exchange layer, dehydrator, and water tank at the bottom. High-temperature gaseous refrigerant in the evaporative condenser coil exchanges heat with the spray water and air outside the coil. The cooling water is pumped to the nozzles above the condenser coil by the water pump, and is evenly sprayed on the outer surface of the condenser coil. Axial flow fans bring air from outside into the evaporative condenser through forced circulation, which reduces the evaporation temperature of the water and promotes the evaporation of the water film, strengthening the heat release effect of the condenser coil. High-temperature gaseous refrigerant enters from the upper inlet of condenser coil and flows out from the lower outlet of the condenser coil after being cooled down. After absorbing the heat of the refrigerant, part of water evaporates into vapor which is sucked away by the axial flow fan and discharged to the outside. The other part of the cooling water that has not evaporated drops into the lower water tank after exchanging heat with the introduced fresh air, and the it is recirculated by water circulation pump.
