Ceiling Dual Unit Cooler
It’s an industrial unit cooler with two air outlets which can provide more uniform air circulation and a wider cooling effect. It’s mainly composed of coils, fins, axial flow fans, defrosting device, casing and other components and widely used in large industrial workshops, warehouses and logistics centers, power plant equipment cooling, production lines, processing workshops, etc.

Product overview:
As one type of evaporators, unit cooler mainly relies on fans to force the air in the cold storage room to exchange heat with its fins to cool the air, thereby realizing the lower temperature in the storage. Unit cooler can be divided into three types according to the way to cool the air: dry unit cooler, wet unit cooler, and wet-dry unit cooler. At present, unit coolers mostly used in industries are dry ones which can be divided into two types: ceiling type and floor type according to the installation way. The unit coolers are suitable for refrigerants such as R717, R507 and R744.

Product features:
1. Casing with stainless steel or precoated process for high corrosion, impact resistance, as well as resistant to low temperatures;
2. Continuously stamped anti-rust aluminum fins with high tenacity and overall corrugated type for higher transfer coefficient and reliability;
3. Optimized heat exchange geometry for larger heat exchange area of tubes and fins with a better heat exchange effect;
4. Strict leakage test before delivery.
