Product overview:
By pre-freezing the product at extremely low pressure, water molecules are converted into solid ice crystals, thereby preserving the physical state of the product. The frozen product is then placed in a vacuum chamber where the pressure is reduced to below the triple-phase point of water. Gentle heating is applied to sublime the ice crystals directly into gas, thereby removing the moisture. The entire process effectively completes the drying while maintaining the product's shape, color, taste, and nutritional content. It’s suitable forrefrigerants such as R717 and R507 and can be used for the freeze-drying of agricultural foods, seafood, meat, and other products.
