Product overview:
The high-efficiency plate belt IQF is suitable for unpackaged individual quickly freezing of thin, flat products and small-size block products. After entering the IQF, the upper and lower sides of products are impacted by the collision of high-speed cold air at the same time which absorbs heat to rapidly cool the products down. IQF with this kind of freezing method can ensure that the food can be frozen in both directions, and the freezing process can be completed quickly to achieve instant freezing. It's suitable for fish fillets and other products with strict requirements for the product appearance and applicable for refrigerants such as R717, R774, R22, R404A and R507.
