Product overview:
In fluidized individual quick freezer, the frozen products are blown and floated by the strong cold wind from bottom to top to form fluidized individuals which are fully contacted with the strong cold air flow to transfer heat quickly, greatly improving the heat exchange efficiency and quickly freezing the products in movement. Fluidized freezer is suitable for granular, flaked and chunky fruits and vegetables, such as strawberries, French fries, green beans, cowpeas, peas, peppers, cucumbers, chestnuts, corn kernels, garlic shoots, carrots, winter bamboo shoots, cauliflower, shiitake mushrooms, etc. It’s suitable for refrigerants such as R717, R507 and R22.
